I'm Niki Malone, located in the Philadelphia suburbs of Pennsylvania. I'm a mother of two girls who participated in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). One is now a Sophomore in college and competes in Division I soccer at High Point University. My other daughter, a high school senior, is committed to play Division I at the College of Charleston in the Fall of 2024. They were both recruited at all levels/conferences for soccer. However, more importantly beyond their on-field achievements, the dedication extended to “off-field” efforts that contributed to their success at their chosen playing destinations. They were able to find what they considered their own “right fit”.

For me, this endeavor is deeply personal—a mission to aid numerous athletes and parents, guiding them toward contentment, confidence, and success in their desired destinations. Limited resources, time, or direct insight within many clubs can be a hindrance. I've witnessed countless skilled athletes learn the ropes too late in the game. I was resolute in ensuring my daughters were equipped to proactively manage their own journey.

Though very different paths, the insights gained throughout my daughters’ recruitment journey will have a lasting impact. It revolves around dedication, resilience, nurturing connections, foresight, and above all, "commitment"—which is why the course is named as such. My aspiration is to support a multitude in their recruitment journey, as it truly is an exhilarating adventure!
